Cancelation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Nahata Sports Complex maintains a strict no-cancellation policy:

• Once a booking is confirmed, it is final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or rescheduled under any circumstances.

• In the rare event that Nahata Sports Complex cancels a booking for operational reasons, management may offer alternative slots or compensation at its discretion. Management’s decision in such cases will be final and binding.
