Welcome to Nahata Sports Complex. By accessing our premises, booking facilities, or availing of any services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These policies ensure safety, fairness, and smooth operations for all patrons and staff.
1. General Rules of Conduct
• Footwear: All players and users must wear appropriate sports attire and non-marking sports shoes when using any sports courts or facilities. Entry to courts will be denied if proper footwear is not worn, to protect our surfaces from damage.
• Noise & Behavior:
• Loud shouting, aggressive behavior, or abusive language is strictly prohibited. Users must maintain a respectful atmosphere at all times.
• Noise levels must adhere to the permissible limits set by applicable laws, especially under the Noise Abatement Act.
• Music or amplified sound systems are strictly prohibited beyond legally permitted noise levels. Nahata Sports Complex reserves the right to halt any event or activity that violates noise regulations without any refund.
• Smoking & Prohibited Substances:
• Smoking, tobacco chewing, gutkha, pan masala, alcohol consumption, and the use of any illegal or banned substances are strictly prohibited throughout the premises, including parking areas and outdoor spaces.
• Pets:
• Pets are not permitted on the premises unless explicitly approved in writing for specific events or activities.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene:
• All users must maintain cleanliness. Littering is strictly prohibited. Trash must be disposed of in the designated bins.
• Any group failing to clean up after an event or session will incur additional cleaning charges.
• Professional Photography/Videography:
• No professional photography or videography is permitted on the premises for commercial purposes without written authorization from Nahata Sports Complex management.
• Personal Belongings:
• All valuables and personal belongings brought into the premises are the sole responsibility of the customer. Nahata Sports Complex will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.

2. Damage & Liability
• Customers shall be fully liable for any damage, accidental or intentional, caused to the property, courts, equipment, or any infrastructure of Nahata Sports Complex.
• Pickleball Clause:
• Any damage in any way to pickleball courts, nets, flooring, paddles, balls, lighting, or surrounding infrastructure shall be the sole responsibility of the customer, who shall pay the full cost of repair or replacement as determined by Nahata Sports Complex management.
• Costs for repairs or replacements will be assessed at market rates and are payable immediately upon demand.
• Nahata Sports Complex shall not be liable for:
• Personal injuries sustained on the premises during any activity.
• Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
• Disruptions due to power outages, including MSEB shutdowns, beyond our control.
• Events affected by weather disturbances, natural calamities, government restrictions, or force majeure circumstances.

3. Bookings & Facility Usage
• First-Come, First-Served:
• All bookings are strictly on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.
• No Cancellations or Rescheduling:
• Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, it is final and non-cancellable. No rescheduling or refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.
• Non-Transferable:
• Bookings are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted in writing by Nahata Sports Complex management.
• Right to Cancel:
• Even after payment, Nahata Sports Complex reserves the right to cancel a booking at its sole discretion for operational, safety, or other valid reasons. In such cases, management may offer an alternate slot or compensation at its discretion. Such decisions will be final and binding.
• Multiple Bookings:
• In the event of multiple bookings for the same time slot across different platforms, Nahata Sports Complex will allocate slots based on a first-come, first-served basis. Management’s decision shall be final.
• Inspection Before Use:
• Customers should inspect courts or facilities prior to use. Any issues must be reported immediately. Facilities must be vacated in the same condition as handed over. Any discrepancies or damages will attract fines as per market value.
• Events and Holidays:
• Nahata Sports Complex reserves the absolute right to host events, tournaments, or private functions and to declare holidays during which certain facilities or services may be unavailable. Such closures will be communicated to members and customers at least one week in advance wherever possible.

4. Coaching Programs
• Trial Sessions:
• No trial sessions will be provided unless explicitly approved by Nahata Sports Complex management and coaching staff.
• Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable:
• All coaching fees (hourly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly) are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once paid, under all circumstances, except in rare medical emergencies, subject to management approval and supporting documentation.
• Customers are advised to retain payment receipts for any future reference or verification.

5. Events, Tournaments & Camps
• All bookings for events, tournaments, and camps are final and non-refundable.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations, no-shows, or same-day cancellations under any circumstances.
• Clients are responsible for securing all statutory permissions (police, sound, excise, etc.) for any events held at Nahata Sports Complex. Failure to provide necessary permissions may result in cancellation or postponement of the event without refund.
• Clients must ensure that no child labor (below 18 years) is employed during their events.
• Caterers and decorators engaged by clients must maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards. Non-compliance may lead to additional cleaning charges or penalties.
• Caterers are responsible for removing all leftover materials and garbage from the premises after the event.
• Parking and traffic management must be handled responsibly to avoid inconvenience to the neighborhood. Valet services are available upon prior request and subject to availability.

6. Refunds & Compensation
• Strict No Refund Policy:
• Nahata Sports Complex maintains a strict no refund policy. Payments made for:
• Facility bookings
• Coaching programs
• Events, tournaments, or camps
• Any services or bookings
are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Exceptions:
• In rare instances where Nahata Sports Complex cancels a booking due to operational reasons (e.g., double booking, facility maintenance), the management may choose to offer either:
• An alternative slot of equal value
• Compensation at its discretion
• The decision of Nahata Sports Complex management regarding refunds or compensation shall be final and binding.

7. Offers & Promotions
• All offers, schemes, promotions, and discounts announced by Nahata Sports Complex are:
• Subject to availability
• Time-bound unless explicitly mentioned otherwise
• Revocable, modifiable, or withdrawable at the sole discretion of management without prior notice

8. Payment Policy
• Advance Payment Required:
• All bookings and services require full advance payment for confirmation. No services shall be rendered without complete payment.
• Modes of Payment:
• Online payment gateways
• UPI apps
• Debit/Credit cards
• Cash (where applicable)
• Taxes:
• Prices mentioned on the website or in communications are exclusive of applicable taxes unless specifically stated otherwise. Taxes will be charged as per prevailing government laws.
• Outstanding Dues:
• All additional charges for extra services, damages, or extended time usage must be paid immediately. Management reserves the right to halt ongoing services or deny future bookings until dues are cleared.

9. Management’s Rights
• Nahata Sports Complex reserves the absolute right to:
• Modify services, pricing, schedules, terms, and policies at its discretion without prior notice.
• Deny entry or services to any individual violating the terms and conditions.
• Host events, tournaments, or private functions, and to declare holidays during which certain facilities may remain closed. Such closures will be communicated to members at least one week in advance wherever possible.
• Make final decisions on all operational, legal, or financial disputes arising under these terms.
